SKOHRboard's 2012 NFL Mock Draft Picks 37-40

Round 2, Pick 5 (37) Cleveland Browns select David Wilson, RB Virginia Tech
There are a bunch of RB's still available and guys I like so I could see Cleveland taking a WR here if there is someone they love. But if they go with best RB available, David Wilson is the best RB on the board. Wilson is an immediate impact RB type who can bruise when needed, but also quick enough to be a 3 down back. - Jim Mut

Round 2 Pick 6 (38): Jacksonville Jaguars select Rueben Randle, WR, LSU
The Jaguars need to get some ammunition for Gabbert to throw to. We would have preferred Sanu here, but we feel confident with the best receiver left on the board. I personally feel that he left early because his skills were underutilized in LSU's conservative offense, while other GM's worry that Randle might lack skills that should have been more evident in big plays for LSU. Regardless, he got 900 yards and eight scores against some pretty good defenders. He is physical and athletic enough to battle for balls, which is likely going to be an issue with Gabbert under center. - Jeremy

Round 2 Pick 7 (39): St. Louis Rams select Doug Martin, RB Boise St
Steven Jackson is one of the last true workhorse RBs in the NFL and unfortunately that means there's a lot of wear on his body. He'll be 29 before the season starts and has only one year left on his deal and I don't think the Rams want to pay big money to an aging RB no matter how much of a draw he's been on their poor teams over the years. Martin might not be the elite prospect that Richardson is but I think he is easily the second best RB in this draft. He is a proven commodity who can break tackles, use speed to get outside, catch passes, and even pass protect. He is a great pickup for the Rams as they add some talented youth around Bradford. - SKOHR

Round 2 Pick 8 (40) Carolina Panthers select Whitney Mercilus, DE Illinois
Carolina, after picking Brockers in the 1st round, continues to try to improve their defensive front with the pick of Mercilus. Put Mercilus on one end and Charles Johnson on the other and you have 2 great pass rushers to attack opposing QB's. It worries me a little that he only had one sack in both 2009 and 2010 seasons, but his 2011 campaign was tremendous and hopefully Johnson will mentor Mercilus and turn his high-potential into immediate production. - Jim Mut

The first round looked like this:
