SKOHRboard's NFL Mid-Season Awards Show


We are half way through the NFL season as all teams have now played 8 games.  It's about time to look at who have been the top performers so far this year.


Most Valuable Player: Peyton Manning, QB Indianapolis Colts

Offensive Player of the Year: Philip Rivers, QB San Diego Chargers

Defensive Player of the Year: Clay Matthews, OLB Green Bay Packers

Offensive Rookie of the Year: Sam Bradford, QB St. Louis Rams

Defensive Rookie of the Year: Ndamukong Suh, DT Detroit Lions

Comeback Player of the Year: Mike Vick, QB Philadelphia Eagles

Coach of the Year: Mike Tomlin, Pittsburgh Steelers

how about a "hi someone should of drafted me" award to legarrette blount??

I guess when they make a best 2nd year player we can give it to Foster. For my monies he just isn't having the same impact that Philips is having despite having a phenomenal year.

That is a great call Jake, there should be a most valuable rookie or highest value rookie. Bradford might get all the attention at 1st overall but Blount the UDFA and starting RB for a turnaround team in Tampa certainly deserves some credit.
